Joe has spent his entire professional career in the accounting business, establishing his practice in 1987 after working for four years as an auditor for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.

Joe is a Muskego native and high school graduate, and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from UW-Whitewater in 1983, with a major in Accounting. Joe and his wife Jackie have three daughters, Gina, Abby, and Josie.
